"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies - in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen." – 1 Peter 4:10-11 (ESV)

How can I serve with DiscipleMakers on campus?

Does the vision of teaching faithful men and women about Jesus and equipping them to share the gospel with others excite you? Do you love sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with those who don't know Him?

Picture yourself...

  • Leading Bible studies: We lead Bible studies for both Christians and non-Christians, helping all students to discover Jesus. Our goal is to teach students how to accurately handle God's Word and enable them to make insightful observations, accurate interpretations, and relevant applications to their own lives. We also give larger group talks that model fruitful Bible study and encourage students to conform their lives to the Scriptures.
  • Sharing the gospel: We are the chief evangelists on our campuses, initiating meetings with new students and inviting them to Bible studies and large-group meetings. Through our example and coaching, we train students to reach out to their peers in their dorms, classes, and extracurricular activities.
  • Discipling students: We mentor students both 1-on-1 and in group contexts, encouraging them to submit their lives more fully to Christ the King. Dissatisfied with mere outward change, we desire heart change in all areas of growth. In addition, we seek to train our students not just to be disciples, but to be disciple makers themselves!
  • Being trained as a leader: There are many opportunities to exercise godly leadership and grow as leaders. Some of the opportunities include managing ministry-wide projects, directing one of our ministry's conferences, and leading breakout sessions at our conferences.
