God has used DiscipleMakers to make a profound impact on my life. As a student, intern, and staff worker, being among so many like-minded believers has helped me mature in many ways. Proverbs 27:17 says "As iron sharpens iron, so will one man sharpen another." As a staff team, we want to work together to sharpen one another, encourage one another, and accomplish more together.
But our work doesn't stop there; that's merely the beginning. The meat of our ministry is the investment into the lives of the young men and women on campus. As I build relationships with students, I hope to be able to present the truth of the Gospel in the same way that it was spoken to me at ESU. 2 Timothy 2:2 states, "What you have heard from me [...] entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." That is my goal: take what I have been taught from God's word, and use it to teach others so that they too may go and make disciples.
