Conference Registration Trouble

I get an error when I try to register using Internet Explorer on a Mac.

Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh will not work with our registration system.  Microsoft has not updated this software for quite some time, and it contains bugs which cause it to fail when used with our system.  Use Mozilla or Safari instead.

I never received the email with my password!

If you have not received or have lost the email which contains your password, use our Lost Password Form to send a new one to the email address you provided when you created your account. If then you still don't receive the email, make sure your email account is functioning properly and that you can receive mail there.

None of the above helps! I still can't register.

If you are still unable to complete your registration, please send an email to systems@dm.org and include the following in the message:

• Your name
• Your DiscipleMakers web site username
• The name and version of your web browser and operating system (Example: Mozilla 1.6 on Windows XP)
  
• A description of the problem you're encountering, including any error messages you receive.  Please include more detail than "It didn't work," or "It didn't let me register."
