Men's Conference, Spring 2007

As Job was recounting his life before the tragedies struck, he writes: "To me they listened and waited, and kept silent for my counsel. After my words they did not speak again . . . they waited for me as for the rain, and opened their mouth as for the spring rain." (Job 29.21-23). Wisdom in men is a true glory, while foolishness is an embarrassment and a grief. Join us as we explore, from the Word of God, the calling of men to be "sages"; that is, those who know, love, and submit to the wisdom of God, and lead others in its richness. We will, together, feast and understand the sweet nature of true wisdom - "My son, eat honey, for it is good; yes, the honey from the comb is sweet to your taste; know that wisdom is thus for your soul." (Prov. 24. 13-14)

    The Men's Conference starts Friday, March 30 @ 7:00pm, and goes until Sunday, April 1 @ 1pm.
