What do I need to know?

The DiscipleMakers Fall Conference starts on Friday, Oct. 26 @ 7:30pm, and ends on Sunday, Oct, 28 after lunch. The conference is held at Doubling Gap retreat Center in South-Central PA. Click on the links to the left or on your track below for more info!

If you have never attended a DiscipleMakers Conference before, you should attend either Track A or B.  Please talk with your Campus Staff about which Track would be best for you.

Registration


REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT

  • Registration Deadline: Friday, Oct. 19th
  • Arriving at the conference: Please plan to arrive at Doubling Gap by 6:30pm for check in and unpacking. The registration desk will be located just inside the Main entrance and will be open from 6-7:15pm. Please sign in and pick up your track materials, name badge, room assignment and other important information. It is expected that you will participate in the entire conference (Friday night until Sunday afternoon), and we know you will be glad you did!

** When you register, you will automatically receive important information about the conference by e-mail.
If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact info@dm.org as soon as possible so we can get it to you!


                Having trouble Registering??


Cost - The cost for the Conference is $80.00. This covers materials, housing and meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch), and must be received in order to complete your registration.

  • Payments should be postmarked no later than Friday, Oct. 19th.
  • Please send your Check, Cash or Money Order to:

    **Make the Check out to "DiscipleMakers" and write "Fall Conference" in the memo line.
  • Refunds: These are not usually given. If an emergency arises, you can contact the Registrar by Thursday, Oct. 25th. After that date no refunds will be given.

What to Bring



Things we suggest that you bring to conference...

  • A Bible and a notebook. We will be studying the Bible throughout the weekend, and you'll want to take notes!! If you don't have a Bible, please e-mail your DM Campus Staff and they will be happy to provide you with one.
  • Money for books you may wish to buy. A large selection will be available at our booktable!
  • Offering for God's work on campus - a chance to financially support the work of DiscipleMakers
  • Clothes appropriate for church on Sunday.
  • Recreational items such as frisbees, footballs, board games, etc.
  • Bedding, a pillow, and a towel for your room at the conference site.
