DiscipleMakers needs people who can work as a team with others to serve as a think-tank for new initiatives. As the ministry grows, we constantly face new challenges and opportunities that take creative, out of the box thinking and planning. We are in need of people who are willing to step out in new areas, taking the risks necessary to pioneer the future for DM. We also need those with writing and communications skills who can get the vision down on paper and get others excited about it. We need creative planners and team builders who can figure out the next steps for the ministry and build the consensus necessary to get everyone heading the the same direction.
