How to Give via Paper Check

Here's how to give by check:

1. Print out our Giving Form.
2. Fill out the top of the first page of the form.
3. Mail the form and your check (made out to DiscipleMakers) to:
   DiscipleMakers
   P.O. Box 74
   State College, PA 16804-0074
   
4. We will mail you a receipt which will include a tear-off slip and an envelope you can use for any subsequent gifts.
