each staff, scholarship, or project! Please also indicate if this is a monthly, yearly, or special gift.
Receipts Explained
Once the staff at Headquarters has processed your check, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt along with a return envelop.
- The top portion of the receipt, giving the monthly totals of you giving for that year is for you to keep for your tax records.
- The bottom portion of the receipt is to be sent in with your next gift. Please note any changes in address, staff giving or amounts on this receipt.
- Use the return envelope to mail back you next check with the bottom portion of your receipt.
