Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Automatically have your bank send DiscipleMakers your monthly gifts from your checking or savings account!

Enrollment Deadlines for starting or changing EFT:

Start EFT

  • Please Print the EFT form (PDF).
  • Please indicate the date (1st or 15th) and which month you would like your EFT to begin.
  • Mail completed form with voided check to DiscipleMakers address below.

EFT Changes

 

Increasing/Decreasing/Canceling/Adding another staff. Please e-mail eft@dm.org or call the office with the following info:
  • Full Name
  • Old Amount & New Amount (if applicable)
  • Name of DiscipleMakers Staff you would like to give to or add
  • The date you would like these changes to take effect (1st or 15th of what month?)

 

Changing Account Numbers. Because of the sensitive information, please do not use e-mail. Please call the office or send DiscipleMakers a letter with the following info:
  • Full Name
  • New account information
  • Name of DiscipleMakers Staff you give to
  • The date you would like these changes to take effect (1st or 15th of month)

 

The Process and Year-End Receipts

Once the Staff at Headquarters receives your EFT form and voided check...
  • The Staff you are supporting are notified of your intent.
  • You will receive a letter confirming amounts and start date of your giving.
  • At the beginning of the next year, you will receive a detailed letter of your giving for the past year for your tax records.
