In college I was impacted by a message far greater than anything this world offers, that is, the message of Jesus' love on the cross for me and the eternal kingdom He is building. The concept of an eternal kingdom smashed my small career goals to pieces. I wanted to become an engineer and solve the world's energy problems by building up the earth's power industry. Yet, what I realized as DiscipleMaker's staff opened the scriptures to me is that Jesus was building a heavenly city which would have no end (Eph. 2:19-22). This got me tremendously excited and I wanted to learn more and tell others about The Builder's grace to sinners (Heb. 3:3-6). So, I thought how can I do this best? Naturally, DiscipleMakers was a great fit because I was so impacted by the opportunity while in college that I wanted to take the message to more college students.
